“Ideal location as it’s12 minutes from the airport. While the motel is situated on a busy road surrounded by strip malls and fast food, it’s peaceful and pleasant inside. Has a lovely little courtyard with trees, landscaping, and a few tables and chairs. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, and a tiny fitness room. Staff were fine at check in and check out. Love the free breakfast, but coffee could be better. ”

“My wife and I got to hotel around dinner time, so we checked in then went to find somewhere to eat. When we got back to the room, we just went to the room and relaxed. We did not use the pool, so I can't rate it. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.”

“Room Was Clean. But, didn’t have any USB Connections for a cell phone cable. Breakfast looked good, but, when the food gets low or goes out, it takes awhile to get refilled. It’s ok for what you pay for it.”

“It was a nice hotel and close to everything. The only issue we had was that we paid $10 per day for parking and each night when we returned parking was very hard to find and very inconvenient to park at the back of the lot with between big trucks in small spaces.”

“The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in.”

“I liked the hotel for its location, it was convenient for the places we wanted to explore. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, especially the dining staff!”

“The inside and rooms coukd use a face-lift. For what we paid for the room, I thought it would be more modern but it was outdated. Staff were amazing. We were greeted when we came in and left. Friendly, kind and caring.”

“This place is convenient, but not satisfied with the cleanliness. Hard time draining the tub, dried blood on the side of the toilet, clearly well used hotel. Staff was nice. Bed was not very comfortable.”

“This place was way too expensive ($500 for 2 nights) for grand junction and the condition of the property. It needs to be modernized. While staying there for a CMU tour, there was a kitchen fire or something. Tons of smoke and the smell of burnt hamburgers during our stay. No fan system going or anything. More like a motel 6.”

“This is a great hotel right in the heart of Main Street Grand Junction. You can walk to multiple restaurants from the hotel. The whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The room was very clean and the pillows and bed comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also quiet at night. We were very impressed by the free breakfast. The food was great and the well stocked. The lovely lady was restocking the food and condiments as fast as you used them.”
