Grand Junction Business Hotel

"Air conditioning did not work for entire property. No discount given even when inquired about. Window in room did not lock. Bathroom was disgusting, floor was literally falling apart. No shampoo or conditioner, only bar soap. Beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever had in any hotel. Pool was not open but listed as available when booking."

"Rooms in need of updating, stains on linens, the door was missing the latch plate. You can tell there hasnt been maintenance done in a long time. Jets not working in hottub. The hotel seems as though it has been neglected by maintenance "

"The hotel was very nice for the cost. Breakfast was nice with varied optons.My only complaint is that wif did not work in my room. In order for me to usse wufi i had to go to a common area by the pool."

"Just not good in general! Luke warm water for showers, lousy breakfast buffet, terrible coffee, Ice machine not working, not clean."

"Breakfast was fantastic. Friendly breakfast staff, lots of options, good hours for breakfast. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Fridge had a spill in it and some crumbs from food. Couch cushions also were dirty. Had something white spilled on them. Noticable that they had not cleaned the cushions at all. Pull out couch mattress was just springs. We had to call and try to get blankets to put on it because it was SO thin. Staff was nice. "

"Room was very clean. The coffee machine in the room was not working due to missing some part. Ice machine on 4th floor was not working as well. They charge us for parking. Modern design interior. Bed and couches were comfortable."
