The location is 10 minutes away from the museums and other neighborhoods and also has a grocery story and bakery on the block/around the corner. It could be a bit noisy at night (seems like trash and recycling removal happens daily- in the middle of the night?!) but the blackout shutters reduced the sounds by a lot!"
