"Very easy for check-in and out , staffs are very helpful. The room look a bit small but it is clean and tidy. Parking is great and very convience located. If you are not driving a car there is shuttle bus running to train station every hour. Onsen is good even it does take you walk around 8~10 min to another building. The breadfast room view was awesome! One side you can look at the Highland park , the other side will have a very nice view of Mt. Fuji (If the weather is clear)"

"A very clean and cosy room with a nice view of the fuji mountain. The private onsen was awesome. The check in was a bit tricky. There’s no lobby area if you arrive early. We had to wait for almost 2 hours in the pouring rain before we can check in at 3pm."
