"I had my confirmation information printed and wanted to give it to the person checking me in. She said it wasnʻt necessary. Well, she ended up giving us the wrong room bc apparently there was a mix up with the travel website and there were 3 reservations under my name. I had to go back to the front desk and was assigned another room. I had to go back to the front desk again bc the checkin person forgot to tell me that the new room was in a completely different section (B vs D). A lot of unnecessary walking and going up and down the elevators."
