"This was an ideal airport hotel for our family of 5, easy to get to from Tokyo station and the shuttle to the airport in the morning was punctual and very smooth running. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were very helpful; our room was comfortable and well presented. We ate in the restaurant and had an excellent evening meal."

"Breakfast was good, a decent amount of options although the items were the exact same both days. The hotel room was spacious, bathroom was decent sized, lots of storage. As others have mentioned, the room decor is dated and there are not enough plus in the room."

"This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location for a trip to kamakura. The staff were extremely helpful and we loved the small touches like lots of complimentary water bottles, pajamas, great toiletries. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The property was close to transportation and the activities around Yokohama! About 15 min walk to the Red Brick House or Chinatown! The room was clean and great design where the output of air don’t hit one on the face during sleep is a plus. Break buffet looks great but we didn’t have time to try"

"It is an amazing hotel and the staff can not do enough for you. Was a bit surprised the bar shuts at 930, but can’t fault the hotel. Great location for cruises and enjoying Yokohama and any other places you want to visit."

"Check in and out was very easy. Great amenities including basic toiletries, water dispenser on the floor, great kettle, coffee and tea. Room was clean and good toilet and bathroom. Excellent overall. Great location as well of course!"

"施設全体のお手入れがとても行き届いていました。お 部屋も広々、清掃もバッチリでした。アメニティーも豊富ですし、ロビーでのコーヒーマシーンでの飲み物サービスもありとても良かったです。忙しい旅程だったので朝食付きにしました。和食、洋食が選べて（事前に）、こちらも大満足。一つ残念に思ったのは、ランドリーサービスがあるのですが、とても混んでおり、夜遅くまで待ったのですが、洗濯機に空きがなく、早朝に行ったのですが、夜中にやりっぱなしで放置してるお客さんが洗濯機２台とも占領しており、フロントに言いましたが、自分達は関与できないとのこと。洗濯機使用時、個人でPINナンバーを決めて、洗濯機の開閉を行うため、開けられないとのこと。注意書きは書いてあるものの、実際、こういうお客さんがいるので、終わったらすぐに次の人が使用できるような工夫をホテル側にしてほしいです。"
