"We loved this hotel- the ambiance was rustic and sweet. The staff really went out of their way to help and inform us. We were able to take our car from the valet guys as many times as we needed and they always brought it to us with a kind attitude. They have a fridge that they are willing to let you store items in and they would get us our items whenever we needed. Really great people who worked there. We'll come back!!"

"I rarely ever write reviews, but I feel the need to share our experience as the images and description online are extremely deceptive. This property is downright disgusting and unsafe for people, especially those with children. There is mold at the crease of ceilings and walls, all of the handles on the dresser and night stands are completely rusted from all the moisture trapped in the rooms. Water/chemical stains dripping all down the walls, roaches, and a strong bug spray odor, yuck! At $150/night, you would think the rooms would at least be habitable. We were in the room for 15 minutes before our family had to leave, and find another hotel for the night. Please save yourself the headache and do not boom your stay here."

"We spent the last week at Hector’s place and had a fantastic stay. The property was exactly as described, and the previous reviews were spot on. Our first impression was how clean everything was—from the kitchen and bathrooms to the floors and beds.The outdoor area is the highlight. We opted to heat the pool, which was definitely worth it with temperatures in the 70s. The in-pool bar stools were a big hit—perfect for the kids to watch their shows, and later for the adults once we finally got control of the TV for the Masters. The grill area is top-tier and thoughtfully away from the main seating space, so smoke never interferes with folks relaxing or swimming.The location is perfect, with Publix, Target, CVS, and an ice cream shop all within a mile or two. We were in town for a wedding, so we didn’t have much time, but we did make it to Gatorland—highly recommend it if you have the time. It’s easily a full-day outing, and good for all ages. Lastly, Hector’s responsiveness and attention to detail truly set this property apart. He replied to messages within minutes and addressed a couple of minor issues quickly and without hesitation.Thank you, Hector and Mely, for a wonderful stay!"

"This is in a great location, you can just walk right over two the two main trails and enjoy the lake or stores nearby. The townhome was also clean and had a nice layout.The owners were very responsive and helpful, contacting us proactively to try and help out when needed."

"This was my 2nd stay at the Baldwin Bungalow and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Baldwin Park is centrally located to so many great Orlando Main Street districts like Winter Park, Audubon Park, Ivanhoe District, and Downtown. Baldwin Park is super walkable and quiet, so its a great home base for those who want quiet and privacy - with the bonus of a full kitchen, laundry, and fenced in yard. I've already booked my 3rd stay and can't wait to explore more of the area."
