“The property is exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient for either downtown or racetrack activity relative to walking distance. The apartment was as clean as any rental I have ever stayed at. The property manager was extremely responsive to all communications and checked in on us regularly to ensure all our needs were met. This will be the first place I check out for future visits with my wife to Saratoga Springs.”

“We arrived to a great easy check in early morning. Went to take shower to find no hot water notified via text and email property owner immediately. He took time to answer . Once answered he stated he would attempt to have someone fix. Long story short multiple conversations never got hot water entire stay. No money back was offered I had to ask. He gave us 200 back. I feel entire stay should have been refunded. It is completely unreasonable to expect someone to pay when no hot water.”

“Tim was very responsive. My friend and I stayed in Saratoga for 2 nights/3 days. The apartment was nicely updated and very clean. It's on a quaint street, and the surrounding homes are lovely and picturesque. The location is ideal... far enough away from the traffic and tourism area, but close enough to walk to everything you want in the village. We loved the back porch with the outdoor sofa setting & the small indoor sitting area off the main bedroom. We used both spaces and enjoyed them. I……

“Great place to stay! It worked out perfectly for me and my niece. Got a pocket full of diamonds. Although being 60 the stairs were quite a climb, especially coming from Florida where I haven’t used steps in years lol. Melanie was awesome and very accommodating. I would recommend staying there. It was cute and quaint.”
