Der größte Pluspunkt des Apartments ist natürlich der Blick auf den Atlantik. Es ist groß, geschmackvoll ausgestattet und mit guter Beleuchtung versehen. Die 2 kleinen Balkone haben bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten und so haben wir fast immer draußen gegessen. In allen Zimmern gibt es großzügige Möglichkeiten Gepäck und Lebensmittel zu verstauen. Für die recht harten Matratzen gibt es 2 Schaumstoff-Auflagen, wodurch sich jeder Gast sein Bett gestalten kann wie es passt. Das Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten kann man gut mit Klappläden und Gardinen abdunkeln. Der Pool war sehr angenehm warm (28 Grad), sauber und ebenfalls mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer und die Berge. Vom Parkplatz in der schmalen Tiefgarage gelangt man bequem mit 2 Aufzügen in den 3. Stock. Wir wurden von einem netten Mitarbeiter der Agentur am Tor zur Anlage in Empfang genommen, erst zum Parkplatz und dann in die Wohnung geleitet. Dabei wurde uns auch mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Anschließend wurde alles Wichtige erklärt.Die Umgebung war durch Baustellen, Verkehr (vor allem rasende Motorräder, Busse, LKW) und die Küche des benachbarten Hotel (inkl. Lüftungsgeräusche, einige Stunden am Tag Geschirrspülkrach) für uns sehr laut und hat oft gestört. Das Rauschen des Meeres war oft übertönt. Um aus der Anlage zu kommen muss man einen steilen Berg bis zum Tor hochgehen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde es im Apartment sehr warm (Außentemperatur morgens um 6 Uhr 25 Grad) und nachts konnten wir trotz Ventilator nur schlecht schlafen. Hinzu kamen viele Stechmücken. Eine Klimaanlage und Insektenschutzrollos wären dringend notwendig. Die Matratzen in allen 3 Betten waren zu groß für die Bettgestelle und haben so an einer Seite immer einige Zentimeter übergestanden und sich leicht hoch gewölbt. Im Pool durften Kinder weder Spielzeug noch Taucherbrillen benutzen. Darüber wachte eine sehr strenger, zu Fremden eher reservierter Angestellter. Das Jacuzzi hat auch auf Nachfrage nicht funktioniert.
