Modern studio flat in Funchal

Modern studio flat, king size bed, spacious living area, fitted kitchen with hob and oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, bathroom with walk in shower, washing machine. A large patio area and off road parking with secured electric gates. It has sea views (view of Funchal harbour) and mountain views. The apartment is self contained including iron and ironing board and hair dryer. Towels and bed linen provided. Property is 7 minutes by car from Funchal centre, and 5 minutes from the fast road access anywhere in the island. The airport is about 15 minutes away and supermarkets about 5 minutes away, bus stop a minutes walk. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Three Days in Madeira

We were very pleased to spend some time at this location, on the slopes of the island of Madeira. Formed thousands of years ago through volcanic eruption it is the perfect locale for those wishing to hike and the scenery is beautiful. The old town of Funchal is lovely with great restaurants and cafes. Everywhere the appreciation of art is demonstrated.

Cozy location with all the necessary needs

Cozy location with all the necessary needs. Our host was very kind and helpful and also respected our intimacy. The location is nice but is recommended a car to close de distances because Madeira is hard to cross by foot being a mountain like island. Truly recommend.

Komfortabel und gut gelegen

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Studio ist komfortabel, das Bett hochwertig und bequem. Für uns war es etwas schmal. Maria und ihr Mann sind sehr sympathische, herzliche, hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl hier Gast zu sein. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch für die Besichtigung der Insel mit dem Auto ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt! Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist sehr von Vorteil. Vielen Dank für alles!!

Für 1-2 Personen ein sehr schönes sauberes Studio mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Stadt Funchal. Wurde von Maria freundlich aufgenommen und eingewiesen. Würde dieses Studio jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nice and functional apartment, terrace overlooking the sea, and bus stop leading to the center 20 meters away. The owners are cute and available for anything. Wir waren zwar nur zwei Tage da,aber Maria und ihren Mann haben wir als sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende,herzliche und stets bemühte Gastgeber erlebt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Allerdings war das Bett etwas zu klein.Ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr schöne gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung, neu renoviert, alles vorhanden, sehr nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft gleich um die Ecke, so dass wir jeden morgen unser frischen Semmeln hatten. Ein etwas größerer Supermarkt ist auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft, nette Vermieter

Die Unterkunft ist etwas ausserhalb von Funchal, aber dennoch wegen der Bushaltestelle (Linie 38/39) gleich unterhalb dem Haus, zentral gelegen! Tolle Aussicht von der Terasse aus zum Hafen und auf Funchal. Autostellplatz mit abschließbarem Tor direkt über der Wohnung. Maria und Les waren sehr tolle Gastgeber und immer für uns da.
