Emplacement à 15min à pied de Funchal, arrêt de bus en bas de l’immeuble, immeuble sécurisé et peu bruyant. L’appartement était très bien équipé niveau cuisine, il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait. Très propre, je reviendrai sans hésitation!

Beautiful Appartment and practical.

The apartment is big and beautiful. Convenient for access on foot to the center while being well located for access to the main axes of the island. The equipment and the cleanliness are top, the service with towel change during the week is a plus. Only the residence is a bit noisy during the day (dog barking).

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Appartement très agréable et spacieux, conforme à l’annonce, dans un quartier proche du centre (10-15 mn à pieds) avec parking sous terrain très appréciable. Seul bémol : plusieurs chiens dans les immeubles alentours qui aboyaient en permanence. Bonne communication avec le gérant immobilier qui a remplacé rapidement la plaque de cuisson défaillante

Schönes Appartement im Zentrum von Funchal

Toller Monatspreis für ein tolles grosses Appartement. Super schöne grosse Küche mit separatem Waschraum. Grosser Fernseher mit genialem Satelliten Empfang und Balkon mit Ausblick in schönen gepflegtem Innenhof. Ebenfalls war die Wohnung sehr stylisch eingerichtet, was uns super gut gefallen hatte. Wir hatten einige Mängel in der Wohnung die durch Fabio von Island Apart behoben werden konnten. Leider waren die Matratzen ( mit Metallfedern ) für uns sehr unbequem, was die Freude am Appartement jede Nacht trübte. Wäre toll gewesen wenn Island Apart uns da mit Matratzen- Topper hätte helfen können, laut Fabio war das nicht möglich.
