“Could have been better if the staff were better”

“我的小女兒說在睡覺時有一隻大狗狗來找她玩，退房時我再帶我小女兒去看green lady的畫，小女兒說就是那隻狗狗跟圖中那顆球球”

“Worked”

“Disappointing - this was not a "castle like" building. At first glance it looked pretty great (once we found it - google maps sent us across the roadway), but reception was stationed at the bar; not the reception desk. Okay... crisps were 2£ for each wee bag at the bar. The restaurant was not open for dinner on Sunday or Monday... given the VERY out of the way location we this was problematic. The king's suite only had a double bed... not even a queen. The shower didn't drain and required……

“Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm ! Spaces room. Grand hotel inside both paintings, furniture with good match. Like stay at a small castle. Traditional Scottish restaurant, cosy, good food. Friendly greeting staffs. Big laund in front ... so good!”

“Good parking good staff and a good bar”

“The Wifi is super poor on 3rd floor.”

“Seashell cottage in Cromarty was just what we were looking for . A cosy ,practikal dwelling in a beautiful Scottish town . We have no problems recomending Seashell to other holiday travelers. ”

“It was expensive for what it is !”

“Our experience at the Royal Guest House in Dingwall was disappointing. The rooms themselves were acceptable, but the overall organisation was poor. When we arrived, we were given keys to two rooms, only to discover that one of them had not been cleaned. We had to return to reception to get another room key, and unfortunately, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in our room. We were told to use the shower in another room……

“Gorgeous, cosy little apartment. Huge comfy bed and perfectly situated in Cromarty for a walk around. We will stay again next time! Thank you”

“Very well located (10 min from Inverness), quiet, wonderful view, cozy. You want that kind of place everywhere you travel!”

“Cottage magnifique et idéalement situé avec une vue splendide sur la baie où l’on peut voir de très près des dauphins depuis la plage. L’hôte est disponible et très sympathique.”
