It was a brand new remodeled room with a large balcony, 180 degree view with the ocean right below. Crashing waves and lovely sea breeze so I never used the air conditioner. Nice beach at the bottom of the stairs with free lounges & umbrellas, bar service. Beautiful Mexican architecture throughout the Villa, pools, outdoor scenic restaurant with wonderful service and……
