Don't Cross Seawall to Get to the Beach!!!

Only 2 vehicles allowed on property. No parties allowed, no smoking in condo, and no loud activities please. No pets. HOA has strict NO animal policy and service or special needs dogs will not be allowed without an approved application. Service Animal Application MUST be approved at least 2 weeks prior to rental. You can ask us for the application. Unapproved animals are fined $250 by HOA. Violation of condo rules will result in loss of deposit.
Lovely 1 bedroom Condo with Queen size bed, Queen size sofa-bed and bunk beds for two at Seascape Condos in Galveston (We also have Seascape property 1305485 and a Galveston canal house 2060833).
Open the balcony door. Feel and smell the ocean breeze. Walk down to the pool and access the beach through a nice wooden walkway with a coded security gate. While other Galveston travelers are hassling with trying to park on Seawall to access the beach, or (even worse) trying to dodge cars while crossing Seawall to get to the beach, your route to the beach is a short, quiet walk (with no busy road to cross!).
If you are not in the mood for bouncing around in the surf, retreat to the heated pool or one of the three hot tubs.
Our condo is fully stocked with kitchen stuff, beach toys, even fishing equipment! Sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. Includes Internet (wi-fi and ethernet) and Cable TV with Premium channels, Netflix, and Amazon prime (Netflix and Prime use your own account).
Seascape is a family friendly destination. Security is onsite.
TWO cars per unit is allowed by HOA.
This is the Scott family vacation home, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We will treat you like family. Anything consumable within the condo is yours to use. It is the perfect place for a romantic weekend or family vacation.
We offer discounts for stays of seven days or more. Take a break from school or work and reward yourself!

The unit was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. The quick access to the beach without the need to either pay to park or cross Seawall Blvd is HUGE to me. The security was a nice addition. The pool was nice as well. I will return here again for sure.

Cute little condo with a great view
Cute condo with great location! Slept 5 of us comfortably. Loved that there was beach wagon and 4 beach chairs there for us to use. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans and dishes if you want to cook. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The pool and hot tubs onsite are so nice to have after a day on the beach Our only complaints were that the mattress on the bed was very noisy with every little movement so it was hard not to disturb the other person in the bed and that the mirror in the bathroom is in bad condition. Hosts were very welcoming and had great communication.

Great Location! Good for a small family!
This property is on the beach so you definitely don't have to cross Seawall Blvd. The condo was clean and well appointed. Everything you need for a weekend with the kids. This condo was near the elevator but not so close that you had to hear everyone using it. Walk down the stairs or off the elevator and you're right next to the pool and the walkway to the beach. Everything you need for an easy stay is already here. The kitchen is equipped, there are chairs, a folding wagon and (now) some sand toys for the kids. A pretty nice view of the Gulf. While we were there the breeze was out of the east so the balcony was blocked from the high winds, especially since TS Alberto had just blown through when we got there. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Condo is perfect for family. The pool was awesome and beach access is convenient. Well stocked with absolutely everything you would need. I did donate a new hand held can opener. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. We had such a good time. Thank you again for everything.

Property very nice and clean. Could have used some lamps and table in bedroom. I am short so had hard time reaching kitchen cabinets and fan pulls. But every thing worked out. Pleased didnt have a lot of cleaning requirements like some of your properties.

The owner sent me a message a few days before my arrival 1/8/24 that the hot water would not be available on 1/9/24 from 9am to 3pm. I asked how we would be compensated for this inconvenience and the owner did not respond. Due to weather conditions in Houston my friend was diverted to San Antonio for the night and I had to sleep in my car because I forgot my purse at home. I sent an email to the owner for the correct unit address so I could have my son overnight my purse. No response. I called the office-they could not tell me what unit I was in either.We did not arrive until noon on 1/9/24 and no hot water to shower! The toilet kept running when we would flush so we contacted the owner. I asked if he received my email regarding the hot water issue. He said he had not looked at his VRBO email yet! A maintenance man found that the rubber flapper wasn't working properly and instructed us to check it each time we flushed and push the flapper back in place. INCONVENIENT! In the arrival email we were informed there was no washer or dryer in the unit. We would have to pay to do so on another floor of the complex.That information should have been identified in the VRBO listing. The dishwasher did not dispense the soap properly so they had to be redone. The rug in the bathroom and bedroom were falling/tripping hazards.I left a note identifying these issues. No response at all from the owner regarding the hot water and other issues. I'M UNSATISFIED-I DO NOT recommend this property!

Small-but quaint
Over all nice place. Really SMALL. No ice maker, the double bed makes a lot of noise when you move or roll. However they had a wagon, fishing poles and chairs for fishing and beach going. I don’t really have any complaints- we had a great time and will definitely be returning. Location was perfect and security was nice.

Great for all seasons
Perfect for early fall long weekend getaway. Beach on nice days and heated pool on cooler days. Nice big balcony and just enough space for a small family. Hosts very responsive and the voice activated TV system made it so easy to find something for the kids to watch when I was busy with other things.

A little tighter, quarters than what I was imagining, but the cleanliness, decor, and proximity to the beach, more than made up for it. Plus, there were many extras included in the condo, such as beach, chairs, beach cart, beach toys, umbrella, and fishing poles. Would recommend!
