1st off, I really appreciate that there were 2 separate rooms with king size beds, one with a master bath, and the other close to the guest bath. I’m allergic to feathers and other than 2 small feather pillows on the leather couch (which my family moved to a closer for me), it was feathers free! Nicely in a gated area and close to everything we needed, with an actual ocean view. Just so you know, there IS a lot of road noise when the windows or back door is open, but that seems pretty common for Galveston because the main road is between most properties and the beach. The management team was responsive and welcoming. The kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms all worked well and were clean. Overall it is a great place to stay! Oh- it is a second story with no elevator, so just be sure that works for you, but all long as it does- you should totally stay here!

Easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. Pool amenities were very nice and there’s a Walmart next door so you don’t spend to much time on wasted travel getting supplies. Balcony has a great view of the beach. Great place to stay for convenience

Great place to stay. A beautiful condo with a fantastic location. You can sit on the lanai with your coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise over the waves. Everything you need to get started is there for you on arrival. We had a great time and would stay again.

Very convenient location. Be aware, most of the beach stuff is closed during the week. This was my last vacation with my children, it was special. This place is spacious with a beautiful view.

We loved the condo, everything was so neat and clean. The views from tge balcony are amazing. The pools always seemed to be crowded with lots of kiddos, but it was a holiday weekend 😉 overall we had a great time and would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay. The weather was mild for the most part, but did get to experience a beautiful storm with full light show on the water! The location was perfect and was convenient to everything on the island we found to do. We had a wonderful retreat of Laughter and Conversation and enjoyed meeting many local residence as well as other visitors who enjoyed hearing of our experiences while at the Dawn and around the town. So happy to share and look forward to coming back next year!

This is a great apartment. Very close to everything. A great view of the water. Very clean. Only downside was it was upstairs, which was hard for my 81 year old Mom. And the beds were a little hard. Other than that. It was amazing!!!

The condo is lovely and spacious, and the view is stunning. The washer and dryer on site were really convenient. The sofa bed was comfortable for our daughter. The King beds were also comfortable for us and our sons. We did think the pillows were really uncomfortable. There is also a very limited stock of everything...one dishwasher pac for our whole stay, two small packs of coffee, thin blankets on the beds and no extra blankets or pillows at all.

Overall, we loved the place and had a great time in Galveston Island. The check in process was a little clunky, office is difficult to find. My recommendation to make it an even better experience would be to stock a few basics for the kitchen (salt/pepper, PAM, etc). These are just a hassle to purchase and have a long shelf life. With this unit being across from the beach, some chairs and maybe a cooler to use would be nice too. Overall, would recommend to others!

We came in on Friday just a little bit early and we were able to get our parking passes taken care of while we waited. There is a new process for getting your passes. It’s very easy but sharing so those of us that are repeat renters, it’s good to know. The view was awesome from our balcony. However, I didn’t realized the increased level of noice that would bring. All good though, we were at the Rally for that very reason. Beautiful condo, we would come back to this one again for sure. The location is perfect, just far enough to be away from all the craziness of the Rally but close enough to enjoy and return safely.

I liked that this property was across from the beach. Cute decorations and moderately comfortable. Great pool! Although we liked it ok I would not highly recommend it or stay there again myself. If you do stay here come prepared with everything you will need from salt to soap, coffee filters, extra dishwasher pods (only one given), your own pillows and blankets. If you like it cooler especially in the summer months this place is not for you. You are not allowed to have the ac below 72 and may come home to find it has been turned off or adjusted much hotter. I have just stayed at many other places that are much more accommodating.

The pictures do not do this place justice! Best condo that we've ever rented by far. Cleanliness, decor, the view and location, absolutely perfect! I have 2 remarks, 1. I wish there were an option for a chain lock on the door as my toddler who loves to get into everything, was able to easily walk out of the front door. Thus, having to keep the recliner against the door for his safety and our sanity lol. 2. The pull out sofa wasnt like sleeping on a cloud by any means, it was an average sofa bed. Not super comfortable but definitely tolerable. We will definitely rent this gem again.
