「Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit wunderschöne Aussicht, frisch renoviert. Am Samstagabend gab es ein fantastisches Grillbuffet und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr fein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.」

La nostra junior suite al 5° piano, altrettanto bella, più piccola ma con 2 terrazzi di cui uno vista laterale lago. Sala colazione con una vista incredibile. 「The staff was remarkable. We left some clothes behind in the hotel when we left and received an email informing us of this about 2 hours after leaving. By that time we were in Stresa and could not return to pick up the clothes until 2 days later.」

「We stayed at the hotel in March 2026. The hotel is dated, but clean. The staff were nice. The hotel rooms were clean. But the heat was so high it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows were so soft your head was on the bed despite the pillow. The hotel and staff and patrons looked right out of 1970’s Lawerence Welk show. From the way we were served, to the food」

「The hotel is located on the edge of Stresa and near one of the ferry terminals. It would suit those who don't mind a 30 min walk in to the town centre. Our room was reasonably large but the bathroom was a bit odd with the shower head located in the middle of the wall making it difficult to use. 「Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention.」

「Schönes Hotel in super Lage direkt am See und nettes Personal. Leider war der Mülleimer in Bad bei Ankunft nicht geleert und der Kühlschrank hat anfangs nicht funktioniert, aber die Anliegen wurden schnell behoben. Ansonsten alles sauber, das Frühstück war sehr gut」

「L'Albergo è raffinato,molto spazioso e con dotazioni artistiche (quadri,tappetti, arabeschi,salotti) e rifiniture di pregio. Bellissima la fontana esterna e il lungo corridoio che collega l'hotel Dino al Simplion (una galleria d'arte) . La 2 piscine sono molto belle e pulite e dotate di spogliatoi forniti. La spiaggia riservata con la struttura portante è magnifica. Vi sono moltissime sale conferenze. Il personale è accogliente , gentile e molto professionale. Raccomando la qualità del caffè...
