"The room we stayed in was almost directly above the pub, so it was very noisy until 10 p.m. The staff were friendly and did their best to meet our needs during our stay. The breakfast was excellent and impressive."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. That being said, the sound insulation was not adequate. While this did not happen often nor late into the night, we can clearly hear the conversations of our next door neighbor and when they go out/coming into their room. We checked into the hotel after 8pm and gotten a wheelchair access room. So, the bathroom was big, but we didn't find any towel hook/bar to hang our towels. On the environmental side, this hotel provided the small disposable bodywash/shampoon as opposed to the larger refillable ones and didn't give us options to op out of daily changing of sheets and towels. Overall, the room was comfortable, the service was great. Some minor changes could really bring this stay to a "10" as rated by many users. "
