"This is a one-of-a-kind property. The views are spectacular, everyone was very comfortable as there is a lot of space, and it feels very private. The drive to South Lake Tahoe where all the stores and restaurants are is short and pretty. Last second there was an issue with some amenities that was out of the owner's control but they handled it promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend the house and would come back for an another family trip."

"I booked this beautiful property for my 80th Birthday July 4th! During that week we had my family of two children and their families, four grandchildren, my Sister and Brother-in-law...plus a cousin and his wife, as well as my College roommate and her husband...all ages 18 to 86! The property is as beautiful as shown and loaded with amenities to accommodate all. It was truly a Fabulous Celebration...with lots of fun and even fireworks!!"

"It was a beautiful place. Listing was very closed as listed. Beautiful view to the lake. Hot tub and pool was nice and heated on the cold snow season. However, we did encounter a few issues. One Stove handle was broken, we were a group of 12 and there wasn’t enough towels. No blender, no Roku or smart tv, internet was slow. The door knob on the first bedroom doesn’t lock for privacy. The first floor restroom toilet was too closed to the door. Also, and additional parking lot should be provided...

"Kitchen was well equipped for Thanksgiving dinner. Good location. Parking is quite tight for 4 trucks. Nowhere else to park. No street parking. TV situation is awful. No general channels must stream everything. Should let people know this. Couldn’t watch football games or parade. Disappointing."

We even had an issue with another property we had rented very nearby and were not sure the unit would be safe for us to stay in due to a gas leak. Our entire group had to stay at a property up in the hills when we had booked and paid for a lakefront property. "I was here for a group trip, but did not want to stay at one of the casinos because of the cigarette smoke, and this was a great alternative. It was very convenient, walking distance to group activities, and also walking distance to the shuttle stops and lift for Heavenly slopes. I ended up extending my stay for a day because I wasn't ready to leave. The food onsite was good and good portion sizes. Also, having lived in South Florida, I greatly appreciated the decor and thought it was very well done in the room and throughout the property. At times, the wifi signal was not strong enough to cast shows from my devices to the TV and I was not able to reach the back of the TV to connect my AppleTV."
