"The location of the hotel is great - 2 minute walk from the train & bus station; close to good bars and restaurants - The Thai restaurant beside the hotel is excellent; Gino D'Acampo's restaurant nearby also really good, as was The Griffin bar. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop bar - indoors and outdoors. We stayed in a studio with kitchen and large sofa areas - so much space. The place was very clean although the rooms are not serviced daily - we were staying for 3 nights and had to request housekeeping on the 3rd day. The hotel is also very close to the main shopping areas and lovely canal walks. Great breakfast included, too. Would stay there again."

"Breakfast was good, the selection was varied and well made. The room we had was a room on the first floor fitted out for the disabled, which isn't what we needed or required or expected, low wardrobe rails, little furnishings, wet room, which meant no bath, low sink. I complained but the desk staff blamed the room allocation on the fact we checked in on line! So my advice queue and ensure you get the right room allocation for your original booking. "
