"Had a great time in this hotel and Gatlinburg! The staff were very friendly and approachable. The rooms were very fresh, smelled good, and were clean. There was no dust and even the bathroom tiles looked clean. You could see there was a lot of effort put into the rooms by staff members. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, etc. were placed in the rooms. The hotels location was very close to downtown Gatlinburg (probably 5-10 minutes walking distance to the most popular spots)."

"Very simple breakfast. I recommend improving breakfast menu otherwise its a good place to stay. "

"We loved our stay. Bed was a bit hard for us but everything else was great. Parking was a bit tricky and of course a charge for it. The pool was closed for repair. Breakfast was good. Free. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, mandarins and cottage cheese. Breads. Cereal. Coffee, milk and juices. One block to the main strip. Balconies are good. Our room had a fireplace. "

"AC kept room cool. Enjoyed the balcony- listening ti the water flow. There is Keurig coffee available in the room and the lobby. Continental breakfast was fair and enough to start your day- press to order pancakes, cereal, yogurt etc. it was a delightful stay and will definitely book again"

"Dirty, had to issue door key everyday, says mountain view but was not, just a view of tiny hills. Had to walk a mile to get breakfast. No parking. "

"Extremely nice hotel with friendly staff and in a great location! The room was spacious and very nice with very comfortable beds, Nespresso machine and a large marble shower. Walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again in the future."

"The access to the amenities was great. Room was nice and clean. Only downsides are that the parking is 15.00 website states it’s free. The balcony door does not lock. Other than that I had a great time and will revisit again. "
