「We stayed in Castillo for 5 days and we like it a lot. There was a good combination of medieval castle vibe and modern comfort. Although we’re mostly driving around exploring vineyards and small towns, we enjoyed the Castillo property, swimming pool and beautiful nature.」

「Possibly the best hotel in the world. Beautiful location, wonderful food and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our son loved the heated swimming pool and nearby adventure park. The kids club was also great. My wife has food allergies and normally finds it tricky in hotels; however, the staff in every restaurant were able to suggest alternatives and specially prepared dishes for her. 「Absolutely wonderful stay. The onsite restaurant was amazing and the staff was very attentive and helpful. There are nice wineries and restaurants nearby too and the concierge made very helpful recommendations and reservations for us. Use the hotel name (and not just the address) since the Apple Maps and Google Maps gets confused otherwise.」

「托斯卡尼如果叫我魂牽夢繫，全因為我曾經在Borgo San Felice停留過。一下車，就被整個壯濶的環境震攝住，一大片直連天邊的葡萄園，高聳，結實纍纍的松樹，整個心胸也寬濶開來。接待小姐非常nice的引領，小巧的房間，強力水柱，舒服的大床，豐盛的早餐，都叫我捨不得離開。入住當天晚上，我們點了T bone，入口即化的牛肉叫我驚豔，尤其是T bone 下的鹽板，保留了T bone的溫度，很棒。餐廳的氣氛和餐點都很可口。這是我住過最美的飯店，也是最愛的飯店。如果還有機會再回到托斯卡尼，我想，應該是為了Borgo San Felice」

「Thanks for the hospitality ! I can never forget the passion of the staffs there as well as the view from the resort. On top of the that, the resort is very convenience for tourist attractions, such as San Giminignano, Siena and factory outlet. Don't miss the dinner there, they provide real Tuscany cuisine made with local agricultural products. All in all, the resort is a 'MUST' if you visit Tuscany! 」
