「The front desk lady was excellent. When the restaurant charged me for breakfast by mistake, she made an extra effort to refund me the money. Very impressive, I really enjoyed the stay. 」

「Our stay was excellent from the very first moment.The staff was very kind and helpful.All the facilities were clean and in good condition.We only had our breakfast in the hotel which offered a good variety and fresh selection of delicious food.I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.It was a great value of money and the location is good,close to transport hubs if you want to look around in Budapest.」

「Awesome 」

「The staff were amazing from the moment we got there. Nothing was too much trouble. It was my husbands 40th birthday whilst we were there and when we got back from our morning out there was a birthday cake waiting for him. Great for safely storing our luggage when we arrived and day of departure. The bus stop right outside the hotel means you can get into the city centre in 10 minutes and a 3 day pass was approx £10pp and we well and truly got our money’s worth of use over the 3 days. 」
