The bath water in the bathroom is not hot, and after communicating with the front desk, it is still not solved. The sound of the alarm kept going noise at night until three o 'clock in the morning, so that people could not sleep, it was really bad, the hotel staff knew about it, no one to solve it, almost the whole building heard it. Having to catch a plane at 5am and not being able to sleep is a terrible experience!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety. The only downside was the pool area. During the hours the pool was open, children’s swimming lessons were taking place and the kids were crowded in the 4–5 ft section of the pool. When we tried to use the lower end of the pool, the instructors running the lessons were not very welcoming, which made it a bit uncomfortable and not as relaxing as expected. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and the hotel itself is very nice.

I’m so happy they are building new hotels in the area … this just might be the last time I stay here the hotel has become so run down , dirty , unclean and the fact that the pool is open to the public … not cool … always running out of breakfast and takes them 20-30 minutes to restock … don’t get meat after on the elevator always shutting down mid lift.

Staff seemed stern at first but once we started chatting she was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, great omlettes and a variety of guyanese foods. The hotel is a bit older and could use some freshening up. Did not like the glass bathroom walls. The water in tap was sometimes rusty. I feel the area outside hotel does not have enough shady trees and could be cleaner. Girls at reception were very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

The black female staff at the bar who collects money is rude af. Had me waiting 15mins to just pay my bill looked at me while she ignored me in my face. The hotel had no entertainment on Christmas Day dead vibes $2100 for 3 cans of coke, breakfast is made with no love and would not give it to my dog, the room is out dated and In serious need for a renovations shower leaked in to the middle of room the mirror had black specks decor was old the hallways felt like u was in a horror movie dark and low lighting as well as the lights in the suite the bulbs seem to be in one side of my suite and not the other. The toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. The rest of the staff except the one who was at the kitchen till was ok but it’s a no for me the $230usd a night is ridiculously priced and the gym all the equipment is was damaged the running machine all the belts was torn so u will trip and most likely trip and fall down very hazardous. And the hotel offer no entertainment unless u pay 25,000.00 gyd for a new years something that was not explained in detailed in the invite letter I think they are exploiting guest and prices are randomly extortionate. Do not waste your time paying these high prices for absolutely nothing and public can come through the hotel and use there amenities for a fee. This hotel is all about money and not putting in satisfactory services for guest I would rate this a 2/5 as it is that bad.
