“Good location in the centre of Guernica near bars and tourist office. Room was pretty basic but adequate. Good, hot shower. The bottle of water and tea making facility was a nice touch. Biggest issue was the check-in hassle. There is a note on the door to check-in at the bar next door....but the bar was shut. There were several numbers stuck on the bar windows but it wasn't clear which to use and there was no answer initially. Given my phone was nearly flat, it was a big stress I really didn't……

“A perfect hotel from start to finish. Excellent parking, informative and efficient reception, rooms are excellent and location central for the beach. The terrace area and bar are a delight, the food here some of the best we have had and the main restaurant is a must, quite simply some of the best dining we have ever had. Nothing is too much trouble, even down to being able to borrow towels and umbrellas for the beach. From Aimar at reception to Viviann at breakfast, all of the staff just could……

“Agréablement surpris, l hôtel vaut plus qu'un 2 étoiles. Chambre sympa, détail de déco appréciable, bouquet, miroir et mouchoirs sur le bureau avec de l'eau. ( petites attention que l'on avait pas dans notre 4etoiles la nuit précédente). Accueil très chaleureux, non petit déjeuner,je recommande. 😉”

“Bermeo est très agréable, en bord de mer, à proximité de sites d' intérêt ( Guernica, musée Guggenheim). Très bon séjour. Une bouilloire classique ou électrique sera la bienvenue dans la cuisine :)”

“Arrivée compliquée pour avoir les clés, malgré l'envoi d'un mail la veille, malentendu sur le garage que nous pensions compris dans la location et qu'il a fallu payer en plus, et qui était situé à un kilomètre de l'appartement et non sous le logement. Appartement sous équipé en vaisselle pour 4 personnes, et propreté douteuse; les propriétaires étaient trés sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue”
