This hotel is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were helpful and always very friendly. The breakfast option was extraordinary, a private banquet of traditional Japanese dishes. The hot spring is beautiful, a rock pool flowing with healing water, always available. It is right on the Hida River which brings a soft tranquility. The walk into town is short, 15 or 20 minutes brings you to the center of town, with many dining options, temples and shrines. A truly memorable and relaxing experience.

Good service and Environment so quiet, the Onsen have 2 area, one in outside. Event the area is long distance with Gero station, they have free taxi to their hotel around 2:00 to 4:00pm. In the morning, if you check out and go back to Gero station, they also have free taxi for you. In next time, I will go back.

If you see this review. Just book it if is within your budget. They take care of everything once you stepped into Gero station. Jus hopped into any Taxi waiting at the station and your retreat begins. We stepped into the inn and didnt think of going any where until our check out time.

スタッフに写真撮影をお願いしたけど、1枚撮って「確認お願いします」も言わず、スマホを無言で返された。笑顔が全くなく、品物も荒々しく置いていた。全てのスタッフがそういう態度ではなかったけど、1人の対応が評価を下げてしまう。夜食のおにぎりは最高に美味しかった。
