「We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars...

「Clean and comfortable /adequate /enough space for our needs.Not many supplies in kitchen. Bed linens should be replaced! Hot water was sparse and took 10 minutes in tub and kitchen and bathroom sinks. Fabric softener on bed linens stunk very bad. Beds not very comfortable.」

「I would guess this location is comparable to a Motel. Guess we are spoiled and expect more since we paid so much. This Hotel is not like a Marriott, but this was not anywhere close to that. The staff was a bit abrupt could've been better. The room smelled like cigarettes and uncleanliness...The carpet was stained, dirty and sticky in some areas. Old furniture and very outdated rooms. My wife was so uneasy staying here, so much that she slept with her clothing, just to shower in the morning....
