「AVOID!!! This place is disgusting. Stains and heavy wear and tear throughout room. Half the outlets didn’t work, the room REAKED of smoke, and there was a rusty piece of metal just laying on the floor. The staff member who checked us in acted like we were an inconvenience and barely spoke to us except for short clipped sentences. When we came to complain about the smoke she just said “okay” and handed us this canister that resembled a flea bomb that sprayed citrus everywhere. It smelled awful....

「First time booking here sosuite at the onyx the apartment was nice and clean when I got there checking was a breeze walkable to places good amenities like washing machine combo in the bathroom and there was a kitchen and a full size fridge tv too they had rooftop forget to check the rooftop. all in all my stay was great I couldn't pick a better place to stay in would definitely go back here on my next stay in Philly.」
