「Cleanliness of guest room is ok. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. Food varieties are plenty. Swimming Pool is quite small.」

「All are good, locations, clean, only WiFi a bit slow」

「The whole hotel is in bad shape. The room smells of a lot of humidity, and the toilet was leaking all day long. The so-called gym (one of the reasons why I've chosen this hotel) only offers a couple of treadmills and some rusty dumbbells.

「The room is humid ， got mouldy n smelt bad, bedsheet has hair, the pillow inside mouldy , stained as well. The toilet was the same, the shower head dirty, black n mouldy, the door n the towels were, too. I asked to change the room, n yet it was better, but the shower head was dirty n black n mouldy, wow,, just want to escape from the place. The only star i can give is for the help to change a room,, not the worst one,but mouldy n dirty, too.」
