We love this hotel, our balcony room on the 10th floor was spotless and so comfortable once again. Great check in experience with really pleasant staff, breakfast was good and again lovely staff. We will look forward to our next visit.

Good family room. Very friendly staff, there was a long queue at check-in but it moved quickly.
Very comfortable bed, we all slept very well.

Great sized rooms, well furnished and clean. Staff were all very welcoming. We were in an accessible room, plenty of space for turning the wheelchair and very good wet room bathroom. Also had breakfast and there was a good selection of hot and cold food. Would be very happy to book again. Stayed for Panto at the the king's theatre, which was only a few minutes away. Very good stay.

Wonderful hotel - room was surprisingly spacious and even had a microwave which was a nice addition if you are staying for several nights. Bathroom was very nice and spacious and a lovely shower. Great location central with good transport links and only a short walk from the main attractions in the city. Car park is extremely tight when full but we took advantage of the alternative car park suggested which we were fortunate to receive a discounted rate for whilst staying with Sandman, and it was a very short walk from the hotel so no complaints. Would be very happy to stay here again.
