“The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. “Really loved the spa and the property. Food was good. Only thing is the lake on the property was full of trash, probably not the hotels fault but if it's their property it is something to be addressed since there was water life living in the habitat. ”

“Only a short walk to the kelpies, which is great. Close to walk or short drive somewhere for something to eat. The hotel was lovely and clean and staff were really helpful and polite. The room was lovely and spacious, the beds were comfy and had a lovely shower in the morning. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room. Despite being in a built up area, it was quiet. Had to ask for a hairdryer as their not left in the room, but absolutely no problem getting one and I handed it back in on……
