「The window handle lock was in horrible loose state could not close window feel not stay all so not even one hanger for your coat and no spoon for you tea. The shower was small and did not look clean so we did not have shower. The head board was dirty for the beds.」

「Me quedé sin internet , reclame , ofrecieron compensación y no hicieron nada」

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. 「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」
