「整同5體不錯，唯缺少個人衞生用品。」

「Basic amenities ok. But no mini fridge or hairdryer in room a bit inconvenient.」

「When we arrived, we were given a studio room instead of the one-bedroom apartment I had booked. The receptionist told us to contact the booking platform. I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. I asked for a phone number to call because the online chat was too inefficient. She gave me a U.S. number, so I made an international call — but it turned out to be...

「Fair experience for my family, especially good choice of hotel after concert around Wembley. Clean and tidy. The only drawback is the restaurant is undergoing renovation, so no breakfast can be provided, getting my wife and daughter to be disappointed」

「difficult to get check in, nobody at reception and took nearly an hour for check in!」

「In need of serious refurbishment Holes in walls, fitments lose, shower head was dirty and needs replacing - beds extremely uncomfortable, no bin in bathroom for sanitary items which was horrible. A lot further away from Wembley than advertised, a budget hotel which was still overpriced for what you got - would never stay there again.」

The room was absolutely boiling to the point it was unbearable check out was 11am we had to leave at half 7 in the morning because we couldn’t sleep all night or even sit in the room from it being so hot there was a fan in the room which was broken. From the outside the ‘hotel’ looks shut down all the windows are blacked out and the doors are locked and covered with random stickers. I guess it was helpful...

「I booked the room for just one night. The room was clean and even when the radiator was not working I called reception and they fixed it very quickly. Very friendly staff and helpful. I can recommend this place with no doubt」

「Helpful staff in the restaurant, kids eat free」

「Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...
