「It was a nice place only problem is that there is not a lot to do.but we came to go to Bilbao for rhe football cup final. So it was good for us. Need a taxi in the village to get you to the train station. 」

「A great place to stay in a very nice village Top accommodation good food and friendly people 」

「Lovely house in serene countryside. It's some distance from Bilbao which was my target destination but the bus service was efficient and punctual. The one-mile walk from the property to the bus-stop was through an extremely peaceful woodland setting. Imanol was the perfect host.Assisted by Imanol's car I had no difficulty navigating the area & spending my evenings in friendly Gordexola so a hire car was not essential for me.」

"Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
