"We had a fantastic stay at Secrets Tulum Resort. The resort was spotless, and the cleaning staff did an exceptional job throughout our visit. Frida, our wonderful concierge, truly made our stay extra special — she went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, especially the gym and the variety of pools. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to the sister beach resort, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the beach as well. We would highly recommend Secrets Tulum Resort."

A little confusing to find on the first try. It is an apartment complex in a gated neighborhood that has been converted into an apartment hotel. A little confusing to find on the first try. The address will get you really close on Google or Apple maps. Great for people who rent a car and want to cook some of thier own meals. Nearest grocery store is more than a mile away. 2 miles from the central commercial area and 5 miles from the beach. A great option for people who want to 'freestyle' their time in Tulum away from the hotel zone. It was easy for us, we both speak Spanish and are comfortable driving around town. "

"The staff was amazing! Each day you were greeted with a big smile and told to enjoy your day! Each night you were greeted with an even bigger smile and wanted to know about all your adventures. Rooms were very clean and comfortable! We are sad to leave as we met so many people at the hotel (staff) and around the town that became like family! Shedding a little tear as we drive to the airport, it’s not goodbye it’s see you later ❤️"
