「Excelente lugar, con una gran ubicación, el personal muy amable y atento, sin duda volvería. Es hermoso, tiene un estilo único y los alrededores son distintos restaurantes para todos los gustos, justo en la esquina está un Oxxo donde pueden comprar cositas simples que necesites, además es de muy fácil acceso, estuvimos saliendo en tours y siempre estábamos a tiempo por la cercanía con la zona hotelera y la marina.」

「Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests. 」

「I absolutely loved this hotel! Costumer service was amazing everyone was super friendly! They have a security gate and made us feel so safe! Our studio suite was very clean and housekeeping made sure it stayed that way every day! The location was perfect only 5 min from the ADO bus station and in walking distance from Mercado 28 and Parque las Palapas! We had a few drinks at the pool and they were really good! Overall a really quiet place to enjoy without any crowds! 」

「Nous étions dans une chambre individuelle, grande et propre. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit. Service aimable à l'accueil, possibilité de laisser ses bagages à la consigne. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine ni le bar/restaurant sur le Rooftop. Stationnement gratuit devant l'auberge mais non sécurisé (nous n'avons eu aucun problème). 」

「这家宾馆位于一条很漂亮的街道上，距离市政厅仅仅是几步之遥。宾馆不大，所以，很安静，楼下有个很大的洗衣房，还有个餐厅。我们住的是有小厨房的套房，平台上的图片显示是很小的冰箱，其实是个中等大小的冰箱，足够使用。另外还有烤箱和微波炉，免费提供桶装水。整个宾馆极其干净，很多地方都配置了酒精洗手液和擦手用的纸巾。工作人员热情，积极，友好，还教我说español.以后，每年来坎昆度假，我都会选择住在这里。」

「Hotel is very close to the ADO station and my room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Hotel is a good value for the price. The buffet breakfast was very good. 」
