Spectacular Penthouse "Mirador de Siloé" next to the Cathedral

Newly renovated 190 m2 penthouse in the heart of Granada. It has four bedrooms (one quadruple and three doubles) and two bathrooms with double access. Large living room and kitchen. The four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen have unobstructed views of the city and province of Granada without giving up privacy, as there are no other buildings nearby at that height. All facilities are designed and equipped according to high standards of comfort, quality and service (gradual lighting, mechanized blinds/blinds, remote control, triple-glazed windows, two walk-in showers with rain effect and waterfall).

The large, rectangular terrace is a true vantage point from which to enjoy the city, with endless views of the mountain horizon that surrounds the province of Granada in any direction, covering 320º in width. In a single view it is possible to enjoy the Torre de la Vela (Alhambra), Sierra Nevada in a large area and the Cathedral; It is difficult to find views like this in Granada.

It has an ingenious distribution that will surprise you. Three rooms are connected (you can choose to use them separately, join two of them or all three), the two bathrooms have a double entrance allowing direct access (en-suite) to the bathrooms from three rooms. One of the bathrooms has a separate toilet with double access from the bathroom and the hallway.

The bedrooms are spacious and bright, with very comfortable mattresses. They all have a desk and chair.

• Bedroom #1 SUITE (with en-suite bathroom) has a 180 cm bed and a second 150 cm double bed with beautiful views of the western area of ​​the city,

• Bedroom #2 KING (with en-suite bathroom) has a huge 210 cm wide bed (even bigger than the king format!),

• Bedroom #3 QUEEN has a fantastic 180 cm bed oriented to be able to contemplate the Sierra Nevada from it, and

• Bedroom #4 PANORAMA (with en-suite bathroom) has a sofa convertible into a 140 cm double bed (with viscoelastic topper for a high level of comfort) and the largest window in the apartment, no more and less than 380 cm;

• Requests for a crib bed and two double sofa beds in the living room are accepted.

Bedrooms #1, #2 and #4 have direct access to the bathrooms (en-suite). Bedrooms #2, #3 and #4 can communicate with each other. Room #4 has a multipurpose functionality that allows it to be used as a bedroom, but also as a work space thanks to its table and large window, or as a second living room, as it has a comfortable sofa, a small kitchen and a movie projector. with HiFi speakers in the ceiling. Bedroom #2 King also has a 43" smart TV and access to a balcony with a small table and two chairs to privately enjoy the views of the Cathedral and Sierra Nevada.

The accommodation offers a number of rooms according to the size of the reservation with the following scheme:
• 1-6 people: 2 bedrooms (#1 SUITE + #2 KING) + 2 double sofa beds in the living room
• 7-8 people: 3 bedrooms (#1 SUITE + #2 KING + #4 PANORAMA) + 2 double sofa beds in the living room
• 9-10 people: complete apartment

For reservations of up to 6 people, you have access to a bathroom + toilet. That bathroom (shower) has en-suite access from room #1 SUITE and the toilet (toilet) from the hallway. There are 3 sinks, two in the bathroom and one in the toilet. For more than 7 people, there is another full bathroom with two sinks and direct en-suite access from rooms #2 KING and #4 PANORAMA.

Mirador de Siloé, recently renovated in 2024, has been designed for maximum comfort, with special concern for energy efficiency and sustainability. Therefore, all lighting can be adjusted in intensity to find the optimal point of comfort at all times. The regulation of lights, blinds and blinds can be done via remote control for greater convenience. The new triple-glazed windows are large format, with extreme light entry, and together with the interior glass in the hallway, the round window in the hall or the super panoramic window in the kitchen, they allow you to make the most of the excellent orientation of the home (east, south and west), making the attic a space in which natural light can be used throughout the day. Committing to sustainability, a system has been installed that collects water from the sink to fill the toilet tank.

The new bathrooms have unparalleled qualities in the sector. The large showers have generous windows with views of the Sierra Nevada and the Cathedral, one, and the west of the city on the other (including Venetian blinds in case you want more privacy). They have niches with LED lighting and incredible thermostatic showers with a ceiling spray for rain and waterfall effects. Both toilets have a built-in bidet, and one of them has advanced functions such as heated seat, deodorizer, UV disinfectant, dryer, etc. The bathrooms are complete with double sinks, fabulous mirrors, 10x magnifying mirrors and high definition sound systems with Bluetooth connection and FM radio to enjoy the best music. The large-format black marble-effect porcelain floor in one of the bathrooms, and the exquisite marble decoration in the other bathroom, complete the qualities of these bathrooms more typical of high-prestige hotels.

The equipment and furniture in the common areas is also notable. How many times do we find apartments that offer many beds, but then do not have a dining room and shared space proportional to their capacity? This is not the case at the Mirador de Siloé, as the living room has two large chaise longue sofas made of white synthetic leather and a huge dining table for 10 seats. The same thing happens on the terrace, with another large table that also seats 10. The 50” TV in the living room has a satellite signal to enjoy hundreds of channels in various languages ​​(Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Arabic…) with all sporting events and movie channels.
