「Mary and Ivan were great hosts! They were able to answer any questions that I had. They even provided a map for us to walk over to Mayo for my husbands appointments. It was a very short and flat walk which was very nice with the stroller. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone who is needing to stay in town for Mayo or just needs a get away!」

「My wife had appointments at the Mayo Clinic spread out over 6 days and this was a perfect house and location for that. The house was very clean and recently upgraded, and it looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was also well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet, but close enough to the Clinic that we walked to all of her appointments, as it was only a few blocks away. 「We had a very nice long weekend here with teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the land was great for exploring! The kids enjoyed the endless pool. The showers had great pressure and the whirlpool was enjoyed by most - by it was a tub, not a hot tub. The kitchen, while manageable, could use some additions including spatulas, scrappers, cookie sheets - some items one might consider a staple. 「I liked that the cabin is fairly isolated. It was a great location to watch and photograph the Perseid meteor shower. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I did not like is the lack of running water at the cabin. A very minor issue for me as someone who has done a lot of camping. I would definitely consider staying here again some time. 」
