“I didnt like having to come downstairs to get more towels. People did not hold their dogs in the elevator. The elevator wait was ridiculous, it kept skipping the floor I was on. But overall I enjoyed the property and will be back!”

“Our stay overall was very good. Room was clean bed was comfortable the view of the ocean was very nice. The pools were clean in the morning but got rather dirty with debris etc by midday. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant across the street was awesome!”

“The property is in a really good location. However, my room upon check in had a hair filled towel, a dirty towel behind the door, a dirty tub, and functioning but not very good AC unit. Still a good place if you are looking to just lay your head down. But I wouldn’t want to stay in this hotel for a long time. Maybe a weekend at max.”

“This property was not what I had expected. Planned this trip as part of my daughter summer vacation. It was very disappointing. First night water and tub wouldn’t go down, but I didn’t report it till the next deal cause we were so Jetlag and tired sitting there eating food with my daughter. Something crawled on my leg when I looked. It was a roach disgusting told my husband in the middle of the night go to the bathroom. There was a next one sitting on the bed with my daughter something crawling……

“I am currently in a dispute about the service, the charges, and my entire experience with this hotel during my stay July 10-12, 2026. I have been in communication with them over the past three weeks, and to date, there has been no resolution. I normally do not do reviews, as I recognize the damage that reviews can do to a business. However, this experience has rated the highest on my list of bad experiences and I have not had anyone to rectify the request for a refund. I would not recommend……

“I absolutely loved the beach view from the balcony and the bathroom. The sliding glass doors on the shower and the light in the mirror were everything. The restaurant on site is really good as well.”

“The location is quiet and beautiful. Lovely, clean property with staff keeping things nice all day. This is a very safe spot with on site security and helpful staff. The food at buckets bar and grill was delicious. Parking was easy. The beach was gorgeous and our teens lived all the different pools. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen. Tons of towels!”
