「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「Nice resort. We stayed in one bed ocean view unit. #527. The HVAC was poorly designed. One small vent in bedroom. The living area would be cold, bedroom not getting enough air and stayed hot. If it was running you were cold in there but as soon as it cut off it would get hot.」

「We arrived to the hotel and they did not have the room that I reserved. They did offer an alternate, but it wasn’t what we needed. Valet parking area was busy and chaotic. Would not recommend. Find a different hotel.」

Most of the pictures like the kids splash pad and indoor pool are in another hotel about 4 hotels down and the staff does not mention it at checkout. Bracelets are not reinforced. Hot tubs and pools were ice cold with a ton of sand in them during our 50 degree stay. Everyone was miserable. The beach didn’t have any shell beds to shell hunt…. Rooms desperately need updates. 「This is definitely a seasonal hotel as they don't have an indoor pool. Although the outdoor pool is heated, we were still cold getting out of the pool going to our room. The staff was excellent and very helpful. However like most cleaning staff at any hotel, they don't pay attention to detail as they are trying to turn over rooms quickly. Our ironing board was visibly broken as it only had one leg. And both hair dryers were not available for use; one was broken and one had additional items in...
