Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I understand that issues can happen, but the overall cleanliness and condition of this room fell well below what should be considered acceptable. “There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.”

“We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online. The room was extremely outdated, had a strong musty smell as soon as we walked in, and there were bugs in the room, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. The odor never went away during our stay and made the room very unpleasant. The resort itself was also not what we expected. The pool area was in poor condition, with tiles coming off in……
