「The staff were kind and helpful. The room we got was spacious and we enjoyed walking out on the deck, then down some steps to the beach. We could look right out at the beach and water, and family of ducks from our room. The choices for breakfast in a box were simple, yet nice including a water bottle. There was a spot to post a letter which saved me a trip to the post office. This location is 3 miles from the city shops, we liked that as it was less crowded than the main city beach front.」

「One of the manager was kind of rode with us telling us that we were not aloud to have our jet ski on the lake even if jet ski was 30 ft fron the beach. They ruin our 4th of July holiday. No one told me something like this before. This was just ridiculous!!!」

「Honestly not a bad place to stay at! Literally the one and ONLY thing that did it for me…was AS we were leaving, we go to grab our phones off the charger’s that are next to the bed!! We SEE a cockroach… we go through everything to make sure we’re not taking anything with us or make sure nothings inside. We left in a rush feeling icky. Also I wouldn’t say it was SUPER quiet because we could hear people passing by.」

「The hotel was fabulous! I highly recommend it. The room was clean with a fully-stocked mini bar, quality towels, quality toilet paper, quality soaps. The hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to/from the nearby downtown shops and restaurants. The hotel provides live entertainment at the lakeside bar and cushioned lounge chairs on the beach! The dinner restaurant was delicious. My only complaint would be that the breakfast restaurant lacked a kitchen, They only served coffees/teas, pastries...

「It was clean,but the floor in the room was sticky. The floor of the tub didn't have support under it so it was unstable . Also the toliet was very short so for tall and elderly made it difficult to use.」

「We enjoyed our stay at The Vic. The hotel was well-maintained and our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was minimal noise. Location was great too. Easy and quick access to downtown and the peninsulas. We will be back!」

「Over priced rooms that were not maintained. We had a 2 queen bedroom that felt more like 2 double beds. Large stains on the carpet, bugs in the bathroom sink each night (just regular bugs, not bed bugs). Bathroom sink faucet drained really slow, toilet seat was not on tight and bathtub needed to be repaired. Faucets were gross and a lot of buildup on them. 2nd floor elevator button only worked by going up to go back down, elevator floor was dirty everyday we were there. Plan on eating...
