「Very nice clean resort with fabulous clean beach.」

「Loved the delivered breakfast boxes. The beach was awesome. Nice to have other activities like Jet skis, para sailing and paddle boards close by as an option. Very family friendly.」

「Room was nice beds were pretty comfortable. We had a view of the parking lot so that wasn’t great but could also see golf course a bit too. Checkin and checkout were very easy and quick. Overall good service. The hot tub wasn’t working properly though and wasn’t very clean, pool was ok. For the price we expected a bit better honestly. Would stay here again but at that price we have stayed at other hotels in the area that we would likely pick over this one and closer to Traverse city downtown.」

「The staff is very rude. The whole Hotel smells like there’s a gas leak. When you use the pool and sit in there to watch your eye BURN!!! I felt like I was swimming for hours sitting there for not even 5 minutes. Stayed there for 3 nights and they never came in to clean or replenish bath towels. I would never ever stay there again or recommend it either. Their sign out front says we love our guest. Truly that is a complete lie and far from the truth. They are unprofessional and awful towards...

「Staffs are wonderful and friendly. Close to Main Street and has shuttle bus to drop off and pick up which was very helpful and convenient. There’s a pool which is great for kids and adults. Also breakfast is included. Overall, we loved our stay.」

「The staff were incredible as always, loved having dory as our waitress, and the bartenders for the patio were very welcoming and made our time outside enjoyable. Having the nauti-cat on site was also the highlight of my trip, Quinton and Shane were so much fun to take a sunset catamaran cruise with, would 100% do it again, we love staying at the Delamar.」

「Our stay was great. Everything was comfortable and for the most part clean… but our bathroom wreaked of urine as soon as we got in to the room and the smell never left. When I looked around the toilet, there was pee all over, I think the seal is bad on the toilet. I ended up spraying around the bottom with hand sanitizer and lining it with towels. It still smelled terrible. Other than that, great hotel! Easy check-in and out. No other complaints.」

「The carpet was sticky, the refrigerator door squeaked loudly and occasionally had to be left open, the bedsheets had blood stains on them, and hot water was inconsistent. At times, I had to wait 10–20 minutes for hot water to become available. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations.」

「I appreciate the service; the staff were very friendly. The hotel exceeded my expectations—it is beautiful. I loved going down for my morning coffee—the espresso was my favorite—as well as the cleanliness of the room, the balcony, and the spectacular view. I hope we can return someday.」

「Perfect! We happened to stay on the first two nights that the resort was opened. While they were finishing the last minute touches(literally) we enjoyed every bit of this place! The pool, hot tub, sauna, beach, fire pits, waterfront! So calm in the morning and the view from our balcony was to die for! Unfortunately, we were in town for a softball tournament so we couldn’t spend as much time at the resort but from the staff, to the rooms, it was all perfect! They definitely have a good thing...
