「The breakfast box were ok. The beach was nice. They had towels, umbrellas, chairs, and tables. Plenty of sand. Ducks moved up and down the water. Pool and hot tub was kept cleaned. Only problems was dirt porches with webs and bugs even beach view my daughter stay in had same problems. Noise of putting sliding up first thing in the morning. It was a nice hotel.」

「The staff were incredible as always, loved having dory as our waitress, and the bartenders for the patio were very welcoming and made our time outside enjoyable. Having the nauti-cat on site was also the highlight of my trip, Quinton and Shane were so much fun to take a sunset catamaran cruise with, would 100% do it again, we love staying at the Delamar.」

「Multiple hairs were in the bed. Asked desk to provide. Lean sheets which they did. Only found one hair in the second set of sheets-not great. Informed check in staff I was staying for one less night, still waiting for credit to be returned!」

「The staff was great. We stayed I believe the lower but newer side. Room was really nice and bed very comfortable. The bathroom is a little tight and could use a face lift. The location was awesome to downtown area.」

「Our stay was great. Everything was comfortable and for the most part clean… but our bathroom wreaked of urine as soon as we got in to the room and the smell never left. When I looked around the toilet, there was pee all over, I think the seal is bad on the toilet. I ended up spraying around the bottom with hand sanitizer and lining it with towels. It still smelled terrible. Other than that, great hotel! Easy check-in and out. No other complaints.」

「Our room was just ok. We were in a Jacuzzi suite. It was difficult to enter and exit the enclosed area where it was located. The shower was the worst, with black mold on the tiles on the floor, and the walls were not cleaned. Then had white soap scum streaks on the wall appearing to have not been cleaned for quite a while. The sheets didn’t fit the king bed and slipped off the corners and bunched up on top. We had no clock in the bedroom. Halls and common areas, except for the breakfast...

「The carpet was sticky, the refrigerator door squeaked loudly and occasionally had to be left open, the bedsheets had blood stains on them, and hot water was inconsistent. At times, I had to wait 10–20 minutes for hot water to become available. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations.」

「Lakeview room had a great view and balcony with 2 chairs, room size small, it did have a small fridge and large TV. Did not like that you had to go next door for breakfast. Older building but everything decent for the price.」
