「Definitely will stay again!」

「Sugar beach location was roughly 10-15 minutes from downtown. The beach on site, was ideal. Beach chairs need to be updated.. could be nicer. The balcony decks need cleaned. Hotel room was nice.. Breakfast delivered to room was nice in the morning, not having to go down to a lobby was a plus. Coffee machine in room could be updated.」

「Really nice, comfortable place. We had a lakeside room and enjoyed watching the ducks and geese cavort on the shore with their ducklings/goslings. Just one night stay after a trip to the UP, but this place is run well. Which with the unavoidable hassles of travel is exactly what you want - no surprises.」

「Place was pretty clean, room was spacious and nice. Really good location. But if you stay on the first floor, it’s really noisy from the people upstairs, you can hear every step, plus some people can be really loud… smells like weed in the hallway.」

「We were very impressed with the Alexandra Hotel, beautifully decorated, very clean rooms. Wonderful amenities such as cookies at 7pm, pastries in the morning, cappuccino machine, and comfy lounge chairs on the beach. The fifth floor open , rooftop deck restaurant and bar had great food and cocktails. We will definitely stay again.」

「J'avais tout payé à l'avance et quand je suis arrivée on m'a demandé de payer la 2eme nuit. J'ai dû appeler expedia qui a bien pris en charge le problème mais l'hôtel a été incapable de me donner un reçu comme quoi tout était bien payé. Chambre propre pas de petit dej」
