「Our stay was fabulous! The hotel was wonderful, great location and very clean. The only negative would be the breakfast options, but I wouldn’t even say that was bad. It just wasn’t a hot meal and you didn’t have a lot of options. We are definitely planning an annual trip from now on and will stay here every time!! Thank you!」

「The hotel was fabulous! I highly recommend it. The room was clean with a fully-stocked mini bar, quality towels, quality toilet paper, quality soaps. The hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to/from the nearby downtown shops and restaurants. The hotel provides live entertainment at the lakeside bar and cushioned lounge chairs on the beach! The dinner restaurant was delicious. My only complaint would be that the breakfast restaurant lacked a kitchen, They only served coffees/teas, pastries...

「It was clean,but the floor in the room was sticky. The floor of the tub didn't have support under it so it was unstable . Also the toliet was very short so for tall and elderly made it difficult to use.」

「Super clean room, polite and customer focused staff, well spaced parking. Second stay and twice had the best rest I can remember at a Hotel, beds were super comfortable, had four full size pillows, comfy bedding that was crisp and clean and the room dark if shade was super nice. Stayed on second floor this time and it was equally as pleasant as the first floor room we had last time.」

「Where to start… There is only one staff member on at a time. No housekeeping M-W according to the front desk. We had to ask for towels and tissues for the room. Room was filthy and the top sheet had sand on it from the previous visitor. Carpeting was stained. Tub had stains. Shower was lukewarm warm at best. Ice machines in hotel broken. Used our towels and was told to put outside the room for someone to pick up which never happened. Our room was second floor right near the washer and dryer. The...
