「Location was great. Not downtown Travers but right on the bay. The room was facing the bay and they have a nice sandy beach. Hotel is a bit older but clean and staff were personable and helpful.」

「The staff was amazing. Check in was easy and the warm cookies in the afternoon to go with the coffee that's always available in the lobby. I have a special shout out for Val the women that runs the breakfast is amazing. She's amazing her knowledge of Traverse City and surrounding areas help everyone. She always has a smile on her face and greets us like she's known us forever.」

「Great property!」

「This is such a charming, tidy and beautiful hotel! Loved all of the beautiful touches that made the hotel unique and inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions or needed anything. Loved our balcony room - the balcony was spacious and provided a comfortable high top bar table and chairs - perfect for watching the sunset. The room was very clean and decorated beautifully and simply. It had all of the necessary things to make us comfortable and feel at home - coffee...

「The motel is barebones. Rooms are small and the property has no common indoor space to gather with other guests in your party. Our room smell badly. We bought deodorizing sprays which only helped briefly. The side chair was filthy with ripped upholstery. Overall, one of the worst places we have stayed.」
