“The staff that we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The beach area was very nice. There were plenty of chairs/loungers and towels were provided. We enjoyed how breakfast was delivered to the door. The only complaint was the room itself. The bathroom had a faint smell of urine to the point where we were compelled to purchase a room spray. My comforter had a blood stain on the underside which I didn’t discover until the following morning which is very disgusting but when I found……

“We loved how close to downtown Traverse City (Front St) possible to walk but they did have a shuttle that we enjoyed using. All of the staff were friendly! Breakfast provided, usually free hotel breakfast food. The beachfront area was very nice. Rooms were clean”
