「Breakfast was nice with it being delivered evey morning. Wish there was more of a variety for thr options or at least have an actual continental breakfast option. We did request extra pillows on our e-check in and reminded them of it when we got there. We never recieved those extra pillows. We did love that the last hour of the pool being open was adult only! The staff was nice and helpful.」

They care. They try and help. However, you canthelp that everything is falling apart. One janky elevator only works. The hallways smell like cigarettes. The rooms smell moldy and dank. The sink doesn't drain. Light fixtures are hanging out of the ceiling. For the price, which was hefty, you expect...

「The room was clean, however the outside was not well maintained. The garbages were over flowing everyday. I also did not like the fact that we had to bring our own chairs to sit on the beach. When I asked about people reserving them the staff told me that the resort next store shares the chairs and lounge chairs.」

The food and drinks were excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel itself could be a little cleaner. The floors and rugs need cleaning. Rooms are a bit overpriced for the level of cleanliness. Need fans in the bathrooms as well.」

We found blood stains on the carpet in three different areas, stained carpet everywhere, broken trim, a dated and unclean bathroom, and a broken window screen hanging half out. ​I complained to the front desk, and the clerk did allow us to move to a suite with a fireplace and Jacuzzi. 「Not our first stay. Slightly disappointed in check in and the condition of our room. Spoke to the maintenance guy. Said he was the only one on staff. That’s apparent. What we like about CTI-the views. The pool. The hot tub. Breakfast was good! Unfortunately, our room wasn’t as clean as it should be. The bedding was dirty. They did nothing about it. Appeared to be a blood stain in the carpet next to the bed, yuck. One of the towels was dingy. The window and patio area was full of bugs. ...
