"We are repeat customers. A great place to go in the off seasons and enjoy the indoor water parks, coffee shops, activities and restaurants. We never had to leave. Cannot remcommend enough. "

"Property was clean but it was older and the pictures hadn’t been updated in a while or at least looked different than the room I experienced. Several lights out in the bathroom and a leaking shower head. Seemed like they needed to do some updating and make the pictures match the actual rooms"

"the room was dirty and smelled. They sent someone up to give us a bottle of air freshener. I had to clean the mirror to see out of it. The iron was nasty and the ironing board was torn and dirty. Elevator wasn’t working properly. New staff member put us in a room with double beds. We were told to come back after 6 and we would be moved to a room with a king bed. That didn’t happen!!! "
