「It was the worst experience I’ve ever had; I paid for a week but only stayed one day before leaving and cancelling the rest of the trip because the power in the entire suite would cut out every time I turned on the microwave. Now I’m waiting for a refund. If you have any other option, run away from the Caravelle Resort Tower.」

「As this was my first visit . Enjoyed this stay, just wished I had a later check out time to actually enjoy the hotel. I would consider this place to be a resort compared to most hotels. The address doesn't make the location. I recommend calling after hours for late check in because you would have to check in at the hotel near by called the landmark.
