We had a crazy schedule with being in town for a race and owner was very flexible about making sure we could get into property and even got up at an insanely early hour to have complimentary breakfast food available. 」

「We had a great stay! We did not get to stay at this house due to a plumbing issue but the owner was quick to communicate and move us to another place. Overall we had a great time and it's close to lots of stores. Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds. 」

「We stayed here for a basketball tournament at the Roebblen Center. The house was in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood. It was 15 minutes to everything we needed. It was very clean and equipped with the basics. We had a slight mishap upon arrival, but the property managers remedied the issue. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay here again.」

「Excellent Midtown location with easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops, small markets, & the fabulous Midtown Farmers Market on Saturdays. Easy check in, full kitchen, comfortable bed, desk in the living room if you need to get any work done, & a great shared back yard for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Our host, Jim, responds promptly to all questions or concerns. A big plus was the included off street parking spot. 」

「This was the perfect little house for our trip out to see family in placerville. It was clean, convenient and communication with host was great. Love the little touches they have put into this place including the garden in the backyard. My three year old loved the books and games. Would stay here again. 」

「Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! 」

「The home was beautiful and very unique. The common areas like kitchen, dining and living areas were wonderful. It would have been nice to have access to a nicer outdoor space especially since it was the only way to get to the parking space. But overall, it was lovely.」
