“This is second time that we have stayed and everything was excellent. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location suited us, but best of all were our hosts. As well as helping us with our itinerary questions, they provided an excellent breakfast and then topped it off with a top quality evening meal. I highly recommend this accommodation”

“Property is ok but staff can be very short with clients. When we asked for breakfast in the room, we were told to come down even though it we had it in the room the day before. After calling the front desk and explaining, the breakfast was available in the room again. Another disappointment was the restaurant. Staff is extremely nice but it definitely wasn’t as good as before…”

La producción de su verdura es muy bonita. El calor sì fue un tema dificil en la habitación, debido a calor extremo wue había en Francia y el hotel no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Es bastante rústico. Pero la habitación es muy cómoda (solo el calor puede ser problema) y limpia ”

“The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take……

“This hotel was conveniently located, but there was not much going for it beyond that. The staff was polite, but did not seem to have any hospitality training. There were no offers to help with bags or for recommendations in the area. The rooms have been updated recently. While pretty, it’s clear the renovation was surface-level only. “Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping).
