“We spent five nights staying at the property with our dog. We had a great time! The staff were great, food was excellent and it was a nice location for local walks. We also charged our car using the EV charger on site, which was great. Great value overall! ”

“Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. ”

“What an awful stay - everything was OK until I woke up in the small hours of the morning with bites all over my arms. I ended up sleeping width ways at the foot of the bed as I am certain that bedbugs had bitten me whilst lying on the pillows by the headboard. I complained to Debbie in the morning and she steadfastly refused to acknowledge that it could be bedbugs even though I showed here all the bites, including 2 on my neck. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. “Nice room and great breakfast but bed was a bit hard and the sink in our room filled up and water took ages to go down. Also black bits came out of the cold tap so we didn’t fancy drinking the water from it. ”
