"The rooms, resort, facilities and ambience were awesome and more than expectations. The only issue was the staff behaviour was very rude and harsh.. the staff who checked us in on Wednesday night was a humble polite and informative. Rest others very grumpy and rude."

Door men/Porter staff extremely helpful. Allowed me store my personal effects at no charge prior to check in."
