“We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!”

“Super clean, conveniently located, charming, pet friendly with trails for dog walking and fenced in back yard, convenient to walk to SPAC, five min drive to shops, quiet area. Can’t wait to come back.”

Upon arriving through a dirt road leading up to the house, the view of the lake emerges and an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquility ascends upon you. Entering the A-frame cabin there’s a deck with comfortable furniture to sit and enjoy the view and listen to the eagles, blue jays, loons calls and songs. There is a propane fire pit and BBQ to use. Entering the cabin……

“This is a very nice new house located just a few minutes walk to the racetrack. It was fully outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. “Had a few hiccups but was fixed immediately. Beautiful place had a fun time exploring and swinging by the creek. Perfect for a private family vacation. ”

“House was perfect for 3 people for two nights. Screened in porch was nice for when it rained. Bedding area in loft area is more for children, ceiling is low.”

“Property is beautiful BUT beware the cabins are much smaller than they appear in the photos. The upstairs with the 2 beds is just a crawl space with beds. Not suitable for young kids or anyone tall lol. The steps leading up to that space is dangerous. Make sure to buy the linen package, i didnt even know it exsisted until we arrived and it was to late to purchase. Beware of the slippery floors as well, my kids took many spills on them. The bunkbeds are also in closet NOT room. ”
