“After initially being booked at the Days Inn which we abruptly left due to the unsanitary and unsecure area, we decided to drive to Lake George and saw this property. As soon as I went in, the staff offered to let me see the room. Everyone was extremely friendly. The rooms were immaculate and the location was very convenient, walking distance to everything. Met wonderful people staying there also. Will definitely stay here again next time.”

“The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service”

“The room was clean, but I think the floor wasn’t moped. My socks got very dirty while walking in the room. People above my room were making a lot of noise around 1am ish the two nights I stayed there. The hotel is nice, and there is free parking. The area where the hotel is located is perfect, close to the lake, and the stores.”

“Don't stay here, period. Well, unless you normally sleep on the street, in which case this is *maybe* an upgrade. Horribly dirty - dirty floors, dirty sheets, dirty broken shower... The supposedly non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke. There were bugs everywhere, and a gross dirty fly trap hanging in one of the rooms. It's unconscionable that this place stays in business, and that Expedia supports them. There's no discounted rate that would make this place worth staying at. Just find somewhere……

“Overall My stay was not comfy at all. The receptionist girl was nice to give us new rooms upstairs. But the bath tub was flooding. You can’t stay too long in the bath. Even toilet are and sink was not clean. I stayed at a red roof before and it was much better than this. The management need to do some upgrades and clean this place. For 200$ for 1 night does not worth it. Unsatisfied customer”
