"Staying here for my first time in Shanghai and really enjoyed the hotel. The staff were very helpful and always welcoming, the rooms were cleaned everyday and came with multiple sets of robes and slippers. There are amenity kits and fully stocked with plenty of hair shampoo, conditioner. There was always fresh tea and water bottles available as well. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall wonderful xp with the larger room and bathroom, great shower and water pressure. The only caveat to my surprise is the toilet seat is old fashioned and not equipped with bidet and the flushing button was very awkward to press as you really have to twist your body to get to the button. Not thrilled with breakfast options either. Some staff were not friendly either. "

"A well-located hotel with a basic lobby and reception area, but very clean and attractive rooms. Mine included a washer and dryer—not particularly efficient, but functional. It did not have a restaurant serving full meals—only bread and coffee—but it is located near a shopping center with a wide variety of dining options."

"Hannie( employee from Philippines) at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival, she offered to upgrade my stay to a corner suite that has both river view and city view. The room has great view and is bright and comfortable. It exceeds my expectations for the price I paid for. I ‘d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have quick access to the Bund and Yu Garden."
