“It is an absolutely GORGEOUS hotel with views of the sea from the room and the restaurant. The restaurant had a most delicious buffet filled with fruits, salads, meats, and vegetables, and it is spacious. You can sit in the room or outside right by the sea!”

“There were an incredible option”

“This hotel is the definition of false advertising. It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. We booked a Junior Suite with a "jetted tub." There was no jetted feature at all, just a tub with the jetted feature not working. We also booked a double bed and received two single beds pushed together. The biggest issue was the boat excursion. We were told all……

“We enjoyed our stay at Village Heights Resort. The staff were amazing and looked after us well. The food was great, with plenty of choice to choose from, including the variety of restaurants they have. Rooms were of good size and were cleaned daily. Only downside was the bathrooms could be modernised. Good views of the sea. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre of Hersonissos was very helpful.
